We currently offer shipping to the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our partner warehouses and suppliers.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7-20 business days depending on location and shipping method.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: flat rate applies for each shipment is 4.99$

Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (if applicable).

Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking updates to appear.

5. Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Address & Order Modifications

Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
